Operations
Room readiness, housekeeping and maintenance requests, and a front-desk visitor log, coordinated in the same place as admissions.
Available today in a demonstration environment with synthetic data.
A bed board with four separate facts
A bed can be occupied, held, out of service, or ready. SNF OS keeps these as four separate facts rather than one blurry status, so “empty” is never mistaken for “ready”.
Room readiness is coordinated across Admissions, Housekeeping and Maintenance. Each team sees its part, and Admissions sees when the room is truly ready for an arrival.
Housekeeping and maintenance requests
Anyone can raise a service request for a room or common area. Requests are routed to Housekeeping or Maintenance, with a responsible person and a clear status, and linked to bed readiness when they affect an admission.
Clinical emergencies are never tickets. Service requests are for rooms, equipment and facilities. Anything involving a resident's immediate health follows your facility's clinical emergency procedures, not a work order.

A visitor log that protects privacy
The front desk signs visitors in and out. The visitor log never reveals whether a particular person is a resident, so staff are never put in the position of confirming it.
Across every team
- Role-based “My Work” home screens. Each person starts the day with their own list, not a shared inbox.
- Minimum-necessary access. Housekeeping sees initials, a bed and a time, never diagnoses or payers.
- Full audit history. Every change records who made it and when.
